I am a Yoga Teacher in Milton Keynes that runs Meditation, Vinyasa, Zen and Hatha classes; beginner to intermediate. I believe Yoga is for every(body) and I adapt my classes to meet that. I try to keep my classes hard but fun so you always leave feeling powerful, challenged and strong with a smile on your face.

I am a qualified 200hr Hatha and 200hr Zen Yoga teacher with experience working in Boutique Studios, Corporate Yoga, Gyms, Private Halls, 1-2-1 and Online classes.

I first started practicing Yoga as something I wanted to do regularly to help my scoliosis. After just a few classes I'd already felt the difference in my back and I was experiencing less pain. However, the more regularly I practiced the more I noticed it wasn't just helping me physically but mentally as well. When I started my Yoga Teacher Training, I did this to solely deepen my yoga knowledge but when I began noticing that it was helping me make better choices in life and see things clearer, I knew I wanted to share this and find a way to teach people without being too serious and find the enjoyment of bettering ourselves in a positive, fun way.
